Exciting New Collaboration for the “Acknowledge the Voices” Initiative

We are delighted to launch a new and inspiring partnership between the “Acknowledge the Voices” initiative, the Central District, the Education Administration of the Rishon LeZion Municipality, and the Headquarters for Civic Education and Shared Living.

We are pleased to open a dedicated professional training program for school principals in the city — the spearhead of educational leadership and practice.

The opening session began with words of welcome and encouragement from our leading partners, followed by a Beit Midrash–style introductory learning session facilitated by Yael Nachon-Harel.
We then heard from Eva Lavi, Head of the Israel–France Department at Kol Israel Haverim (Alliance), who spoke about the organization’s rich and distinguished legacy in Israel and around the world.

We concluded with a fascinating lecture by Dr. Merith Chayuti-Barak on recognition and misrecognition.

Thank you for a meaningful partnership:
Michal Nimni — Representative, Headquarters for Civic Education and Shared Living, Ministry of Education
Yael Bezalel — District Supervisor, Central District
Yaffa Liba — Head of the Education Administration, Rishon LeZion Municipality
